  1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

1.1 By using this site and purchasing any event tickets, products, downloads or gift vouchers,  you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Events and courses purchased using  Eventbrite booking system are also subject to their terms and conditions. All coaching  partnerships entered into with Natural Edge Coaching will be subject to additional terms and  conditions provided to the client directly, before contracting. 

1.2 Any information provided on the Natural Edge Coaching site or on any literature you  may receive is correct at the time of print. The content of this site and the prices advertised on  this site are posted in good faith and updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee their  completeness or accuracy and prices may be subject to change. 

1.3 Customers may not be updated of specific event changes, so for a full update on any  event you have booked, please view the website or  

email info@naturalegdecoachinguk.co.uk Please check details on your confirmation carefully  upon receipt. 

  1. Events / Products / Downloads 

2.1 All events / products / downloads offered are subject to availability and will only be  reserved after full payment has been received. 

2.2 Most events usually run as groups, and therefore the itinerary provided is only a guide  and any event lengths or times displayed for each event are only estimated times and may be  subject to change. In addition, any details listed in descriptions are only a guide to the event  content; amendments may be made at our discretion. 

2.3 Group bookings and corporate events are also available. Please contact us at  info@naturaledgecoachinguk.co.uk for further details. Please also refer to the payment and  cancellation policy in these terms. 

2.4 Bookings are not confirmed or finalised until you have received a confirmation email.

3. REQUIREMENTS 

3.1 A range of events are available, often no prior experience is necessary. The majority of  events are for those over 18 yrs of age. Specific events will contain details of any changes to  the age range and other requirements. 

3.2 The cost of all events, product, gift voucher, include what is stated on the  event/product/gift information. Please note any specific information relating to your event. 

3.3 You are also advised to please try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the specified start time  of any event.

3.4 All customers attending our events are responsible for their own belongings and we  accept no liability for any loss or damage to these. 

3.5 All customers attending forest therapy events will receive specific information about the  event after booking, including but not limited to advice on clothing attire in lieu of weather  requirements and terrain. 

3.6 All customers attending events will be required to provide full contact details to enable  course logistics and any subsequent changes to be effectively communicated in good time.  These details will be stored according to our Privacy Policy

  1. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS 

4.1 All courses (excluding Forest bathing experiences) are transferable / exchangeable only  up to (and including) 28 days before the selected course start date, subject to a cancellation  fee of £10. Unfortunately, due to logistics, we cannot guarantee to transfer you to a different  course after this date, however please contact us and if possible, we will endeavour to transfer  your booking. However, where you are unable to attend a certain date, you may instead select  someone else to attend the course in your place. We are unable to offer full refunds if  cancelling a booking less than 28 days prior to the course. 

4.2 All public, forest bathing experiences are transferable / exchangeable only up to (and  including) 7 days before the selected experience date. Unfortunately, due to logistics, we  cannot guarantee to transfer you to a different event after this date, however please contact us  and if possible, we will endeavour to transfer your booking. However, where you are unable  to attend a certain date, you may instead select someone else to attend the experience in your  place. We are unable to offer full refunds if cancelling a booking less than 7 days prior to the  event, please contact us to discuss. 

4.3 All private, forest bathing experiences are transferable / exchangeable only up to (and  including) 14 days before the selected experience date. Please contact us as soon as possible  and we will endeavour to reconvene your booking. We are unable to offer refunds if  cancelling a booking less than 14 days prior to the event. 

4.4 If a substituted event costs more than the original event or gift voucher, you will be asked  to pay the difference prior to the substituted event; if the substituted event is less than the  original course or gift voucher, the remaining credit will refunded in the form of a credit note,  which may be used towards any products or courses from the website, and will be valid for  one year from issue. 

4.5 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event dates, and in this case, we will do  our best to notify you as soon as possible of the rescheduled date. All attendees will be  notified and will be able to transfer onto another event or receive a full refund if cancelling  the booking under these circumstances. 

4.6 Regretfully in these circumstances, we are not liable and are unable to reimburse any  expenses you may have occurred in relation to the cancelled event. 

Adverse weather policy

4.6 We are not able to offer refunds or late notice amendments to events where customers are  unable to reach us due to adverse weather conditions. If you are unable to attend an event due  to adverse weather conditions, please let us know as soon as you can. 

4.7 In the event that you are unable to reach us, you may send someone else in your place.  Please telephone us on 07714 410 359 to let us know if this is the case. 

4.8 We understand that it is not your fault if you are unable to reach us in adverse weather  conditions. However, even if just one person attends, we will have to run the event and time  has been spent on advance planning of the event. 

4.9 Since many of our events run out-side we will reserve the right to postpone any event  which is deemed unsafe for our customers. This will include us regularly monitoring the UK  met office weather warning system. Upon booking we ask for email and or mobile details to  ensure we are able to communicate any localised weather conditions which impact the safe  delivery of the event. If you are unsure, please contact us on 07714 410 359. Where weather  conditions prevail, we will aim to postpone/cancel within 24 hours of the event. In these  circumstances we will look to re-schedule the experience. If the experience needs to be  cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, then we will refund 20% of the event fee. 

  1. LOCATIONS 

5.1 Customers should ensure that they carefully check and attend at the correct venue for the  event selected. 

5.2 In the unlikely event of a venue being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, an  alternative venue may be offered wherever possible. Please be aware that this could involve a  change of venue and date. In these circumstances, any refunds will be entirely at our  discretion. 

  1. GIFT VOUCHERS 

6.1 The purchase value of any gift vouchers may be used as whole or in part payment  towards products or events/courses listed on this site. 

6.2 Gift vouchers expire 12 months after purchase and therefore, gifts must be chosen or  booked within this timeframe and are subject to availability. After the date set out on the gift  voucher, it will automatically expire. We are not responsible for reminding or informing  customers when a gift voucher is due to expire. 

6.3 Gift vouchers will be sent by email, directly to you or to an address you have provided. 

6.4 Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded. Your gift voucher cannot be exchanged  for cash. 

  1. PRICES 

7.1 Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the price for the products and/or events shall be  the prices set out on this site, in the case of Eventbrite bookings these are subject to their 

service and tax additions and these will be clearly listed on the ticket purchase. Prices are  subject to change and may do so, depending on availability of certain courses. 

7.2 The prices displayed for the products and/or gift vouchers shall be inclusive of any value  added tax, where stated postage costs are included, where they are not stated as included the  Customer will pay for postage delivery in addition to the items ordered. 

7.3 All products offered are subject to availability and if we cannot complete your order  within 28 days, then we will contact you and you will be offered a full refund. 

  1. PAYMENT 

8.1 No payment shall be deemed to have been received and ownership of any products  purchased shall not pass to you until we have received cleared funds. Where booking an  event, then your place on any selected course shall only be reserved after full payment has  been received. 

8.2 All transactions on this site are processed through STRIPE, a secure payment gateway.  All transactions are highly encrypted and your credit or debit card details are never passed  onto us or to any other party. Events booked using Eventbrite are subject to their terms. For  some clients with additional services offered by Natural Edge Coaching, we will invoice  using QuickBooks system and payment may be made by BACS. In making such bookings  clients accept this refunds, cancellations and substitutions policy. 

8.3 For credit card payments, the event or course fees are payable in full at the time of  booking. Places on our courses are strictly limited. Upon receipt of your order and payment  your place will be confirmed. 

8.4 For payments on invoice, we require the booking fee to be paid no later than 14 days  before the start of the course. 

Payment for Group Bookings 

8.5 For Corporate or Group Bookings, events are normally tailored to your requirements.  Therefore, reservations must be made in advance and a non-refundable deposit of 50% must  be paid upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the scheduled  event. Prior to this 14 days, cancellations and changes in the number of participants are  possible by notifying us. 

8.6 In exceptional circumstances, and where spaces are available on a scheduled event, group  bookings may be made on less than 28 days notice prior to the event. Where an event is  booked in this way, then full payment will be required at the time of booking. 

8.7 You should try to ensure that you have accurate numbers of attendees when making a  group booking with us. However, if you are unable to confirm exact numbers at the time of  booking, you should confirm the minimum number of attendees and then additional people  may be added closer to the date.

8.8 You should try to let us have the correct number of attendees at least 14 days prior to the  event date, because if the number of attendees decreases after this date, then there is no  refund available on the total price paid. If the number of attendees increases, then you will be  asked to pay the outstanding balance prior to the course date. 

  1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS 

9.1 If you would like to cancel an event or return a product please contact us either via email  sam@naturaledgecoaching or phone 07714 410 359. 

9.2 If you need to cancel an event, but do not have an alternative date to rebook on to, we will  refund the cost, if cancelled more than 28 days before the event date. 

9.3 Occasionally, we may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable  circumstances or if a course or event is under-subscribed. In such cases, we will always try to  give as much notice as possible and will notify all confirmed attendees offering to move you  to another course or event, or a full refund. We will not be liable for any other costs or  expenses that you may incur. If you need to arrange travel or overnight accommodation, we  recommend that you seek appropriate insurance. 

9.4 If we need to cancel a private group booking for safety reasons with minimal notice due  to adverse weather and there is no alternative date available to reschedule then we will refund  20% of the invoice. 

Refunds and Cancellations of Group Bookings 

9.5 If cancelling a group booking please refer to our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Fee prior to the Group Booking date: 

  • More than 14 days 50% deposit 
  • Less than 14 days 65% of the full fee will be forfeited 
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

10.1 Subject to below, the following provisions set out our sites entire financial liability to  you in respect of any breach of these terms and conditions; and any representation, statement  or tortious act or omission including negligence arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. 

10.2 All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law (save for  the conditions implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979) are, to the fullest extent  permitted by law, excluded from the Contract. 

10.3 Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury  caused by our negligence.

10.4 Subject to the above, our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach  of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance  of these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the total price paid for the events(s),  product(s) and/or gift vouchers and 

10.5 We shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether  for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or  other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arises  out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. 

10.6 We do not accept any liability to you or any third party for any error or omission on this  site. We reserve the right to change, update or delete any information on this site without  prior notice by posting such changes here. 

  1. COMPLAINTS 

11.1 We will endeavour to acknowledge any complaints within 2 working days, please see  our full complaints policy. Please direct any complaint you may

  1. FORCE MAJEURE 

12.1 We reserve the right to defer the date of delivery of a product or event if we are  prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond  our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war  or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion,  flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes, or restraints or delays affecting  carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, provided  that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 30 days, you shall  be entitled to cancel the product ordered or event booked. 

12.2 In the unlikely event of an event being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, an  alternative event may be offered wherever possible. If this is not possible we will look to  refund 20% of the invoice. 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

13.1 The ‘Natural Edge Coaching & Forest Therapy name, logo and all related product and  service names, design marks and slogans are service marks of Natural Edge Coaching. 

13.2 The material on this site is owned by Natural Edge Coaching. Your access to the  material does not give you a licence to reproduce, distribute or otherwise use this material,  apart from downloading it onto one computer for your personal use only.

14.1 From time to time this site may also include links to other websites. Unless otherwise  stated these links are provided for your convenience only, and do not signify that we endorse  those website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

  1. GENERAL 

15.1 Entire Agreement 

These Terms and Conditions set out the entire agreement and understanding between us and  you confirm that you have not entered into these Terms and Conditions in reliance upon any  representation, warranty or undertaking, written or oral, to whomsoever made which is not  set out or referred to in these Terms and Conditions. 

15.2 Severability 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other competent  authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other  provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall  not be affected. 

15.3 Third Parties 

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no rights under the Contracts  (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this  does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from the  Act. 

15.4 Governing Law 

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to,  a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of  these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. 

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their  subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed  by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
